CK: Celtic Knots with Alice Ridge April 19 - 10am-3pm
An Adventure with the Artistry and Elegance of the Celtic Knots We will look at the traditional knots, from simple to mind-blowingly complex! We will peruse the elaborate (and sometimes weird) illustrations from the Book of Kells. Using Bias Tape, Embroidery and Felt made of a Bamboo/Rayon blend, we will make a unique and relaxing project. Many different designs are available to choose from! This class is designed for Handwork stitching! A kit is required for this class. It will available from the instructor on the class day.
